We do not provide professional services ourselves, and any arrangement, agreement, or contract for services is between the client and the expert. Experts who use the site are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or partners of LegitAssure. While we may take reasonable steps to verify certain information about experts, including credentials and identity, we do not guarantee the performance, accuracy, conduct, or suitability of any expert or service. You should evaluate experts and their offerings carefully before entering into any agreement.
You agree to use the website only for lawful and permitted purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not misuse the site or interfere with its normal operation. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, impersonating another person, entering another user’s account without permission, introducing viruses or other harmful code, attempting to defeat security features, scraping content using automated tools, sending spam, or otherwise using the site to harm other users or the platform. If you engage in misconduct, we may suspend or terminate your access and may take legal action if appropriate.

Refunds and cancellations are handled under the platform’s refund policy and are subject to the particular terms of each transaction. Refunds may be offered when a service was not delivered as promised, when a legitimate cancellation occurs prior to service delivery, or when otherwise required by law. We may evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and decide whether a refund is warranted. Experts may have their own cancellation terms, but those terms must not conflict with these Terms. All rights in the content and materials on LegitAssure.com, including text, graphics, logos, icons, user interface elements, software, and other intellectual property, belong to LegitAssure or our licensors and are protected under U.S. and international laws. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only, unless you obtain prior written permission. If you submit content to the site, such as reviews, comments, or documents, you grant LegitAssure a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content to the extent necessary to operate the platform and provide our services. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
